The Redding Soccer Park and Big League Dreams make up the Redding Sports complex and they are state of the art amazing facilities. Located in East Redding off of Old Oregon Trl.
Big League Dreams is a beautiful baseball park with replica fields of Yankee Stadium, Wrigley Feild and Fenway Park.
Trails
One of the nicer areas to walk or run in East Redding is at the McConnel Foundation’s Lema Ranch. The Lema trails are just over four miles of walking/running trails that also allow biking on certain sections of the trails. They are paved and very scenic with multiple ponds and various plantlife.
